Reading & Listening
Students can read books with a book buddy or listen to a story on tape.
Puzzles
Student will first complete an ABC puzzle- matches bag with puzzle pieces (labeled with lowercase letter) to puzzle board (labeled with capital letter) and then can complete any other puzzle.
Overhead
Student will use overhead manipulatives to count and make patterns, use abc letter tile manipulatives to spell names, words, or put in abc order, complete sheets copied onto transparency paper, create shadow stories from puppets, or enlarge pictures from stories to trace and color.
Games
Students can play an assortment of games from Lucky Ducks to checkers.
